Which located in Ariyallur, Vallikkunnu Panchayat, Malappuram Dist, Kerala. Sree Kuttayi vaidyar a very talented and famous physician started an institution called Visha Vaidya Sala in 1960. This active institution received Government funding from 1962 to 1980. The 'JYOTSNIGA' Grantham which was intended as a subject of study in the 'AGADA' section was suggested by Kuttayi Vaidyar.

Sadanandan Vaidyar, the son of Kuttayi vaidyar and a registered medical practitioner entered the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 2008. By 2019 it had obtained Drug license and G. M. P approval to manufacture over a hundred medicines. We have only been able to reach this level because of quality and the trust people have placed in us. Another secret to our success is that all of our Proprietary medicines are formulated based on our treatment experiences.
